1. Before starting the machine, add lubricating oil according to the lubrication chart, at fixed times, locations, and quantities. The lubricating oil should be clean and free of sediment. Continue to add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil drop by drop to keep the blade surface clean and improve its wear resistance.

2. During operation, designated personnel must strictly follow the "Scrap Steel Shearing Machine Operating Procedures" to operate the machine correctly. Generally, the machine should only be stopped when the operator leaves the machine. Operators must be trained before operating the machine.

3. The blades must be cleaned and coated with anti-rust oil regularly. Spare blades should be stored in a cool, dry place. To prevent rust, apply a layer of anti-rust oil to opened blades. Unopened blades should be sealed and stored in a dry place to prevent corrosion.

4. Regularly check the wear condition of the blades. Severely worn blades should be replaced promptly, and spare parts should be requested.

5. Ten minutes before the end of each workday, clean and lubricate the blades. Maintain a clean state at all times. Take care to prevent rust on unpainted areas. Regularly check the switches and other components for quality control.

6. During transportation, blades should be stored in sturdy wooden crates, wrapped with foam plastic to prevent shifting and collisions during transport. The crates should be marked with the words "Consumable Parts" to attract attention. When unpacking in the workshop, avoid damaging the blade edge when using metal tools to pry open the wooden crates.
